A Happy Birthday Message to Ryan Howard, From Q-Tip

Today, on November 19th, Phillies slugger and 2008 MVP runner-up Ryan Howard celebrates his 29th birthday. To honor this occasion, an assortment of entertainers from the music industry decided to film their own unique happy birthday messages via YouTube. Don’t ask me why, just watch.
First up is the abstract poetic, better known as Q-Tip from A Tribe Called Quest. Listen as the Queens native attempts to lure Big Brown to play for his home town squad Metros. Personally, I’m not too fond of this idea:

The real question is, where is the meech happy birthday YouTube message to Howard?
haha, you know what Rev, I actually had intentions on filming one (even more over the top than Khaled’s) and just tossing it up without commentary, but like most things I think about doing — I wound up choosing laziness over productivity.

Another life lesson, choose alcohol over exercise. If you drink enough, you’ll end up losing more weight from 10 minutes of puking then an hour of cardio.
