Chris Wheeler Loves the Bill Haley Classic, “Rock Around the Cock”

I’ll bet Chris Wheeler regrets interrupting Tom McCarthy in the top of the ninth inning tonight so he could point out the song that was playing over the Tropicana Field PA system.

As Tommy Boy was spouting off the stats of Sergio Escalona, Wheels interjected to let the viewing audience know that the song they just played over the stadium speakers was one of his favorites from the roarin’ 50′s, “Rock Around the Clock” by Chester’s own Bill Haley & His Comets.
